Realme 6i smartphone was launched on 17th March 2020. The phone comes with a 6.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Realme 6i is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor that features 6 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and 2 cores clocked at 2GHz. It comes with 3GB of RAM. The Realme 6i runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Realme 6i supports Quick Charge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme 6i on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera; a third 2-megapixel camera and a fourth 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture and a pixel size of 1-micron.

The Realme 6i runs Realme UI based on Android 10 and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB). The Realme 6i is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. It was launched in Milk White and Green Tea colours.

Connectivity options on the Realme 6i include Wi-Fi, GPS, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, compass/ magnetometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Realme 6i supports face unlock.
