Piced at 80 euro (with 1GB memory card included in the retail package) the Nokia 2730 classic is expected to start shipping in Q3 2009.
The other interesting handset is the stylish clamshell Nokia 7020. Targeted at users who don't want a tight budget to compromise their mobile phone's looks, it has a tad less features than the 2730 classic - with 3G being the most evident omission.
Sporting some nice metal finishes, the Nokia 7020 comes with a 2.2" QVGA display plus a secondary more basic external unit. It pack FM radio, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and EDGE and a mictoSD card slot.
A built-in accelerometer enables some cool functionality like tap-for-time. Social networking integration is also duly covered, which might be a nice thing for teenage adopters.

Yes, you’ve read it right: Nokia Aeon might be the handset that appears a couple of times in the new motion picture Echelon Conspiracy. In case you haven’t got the time and patience to watch the movie, we provide some shots from it, showing the mystery device and there’s even a trailer featuring the phone below.
This handset, known as GZT 650 resembles Nokia Aeon very much and its front side is divided into 2 segments, just like on the famous Nokia concept. The two segments are separated by a metallic stripe and the upper side of the display is transparent, like the keypad of the LG GD900 phone.
During Echelon Conspiracy there’s a scene where the device’s screen is shown and we can get a glimpse of its options: messaging, mail, search, calendar, a weather app, a browser, stocks and settings. Since Nokia 5800 XpressMusic surfaced in “The Dark Knight“, could GZT 650 be an upcoming Nokia touchscreen phone as well?

Nokia E97 Concept, Inspired by Paper Mail and Based on E-Ink Technology

Fabien Nauroy has a beautiful concept to show us all, Nokia E97, inspired by paper mail. “Where’s the inspiration?” you might ask. Well, the screen of this handset can be detached from its body, just like taking a paper out of an envelope.
the concept phone’s screen is based on E-ink technology and it’ll be very easy to share with your friends. If you want to show everyone a cool video or a photo, you can simply detach the display and show the content, without having to worry about storage space, because the screen uses a 4 or 8GB memory stick to store data just like an USB Flash drive.
Nokia E97’s screen can also be used like a photo frame on your desk, once it’s connected to the small USB base. This is probably the best Nokia concept I’ve seen in years, so congratulations Fabien for such a great idea!
