Apple iPhone X smartphone was launched in September 2017. The phone comes with a 5.80-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1125 pixels by 2436 pixels.

7 et 7 Plus

Une première pour un iPhone qui devient un produit RED. C'est avec l'iPhone 7 et 7 Plus. L'iPhone SE voit lui ses capacités de stockage doubler sans changer de prix.
L'iPhone 7 et l'iPhone 7 Plus passent au rouge. Un simple changement de finition pour adopter la couleur rouge qui fait entrer ces smartphones dans l'offre (PRODUCT)RED en partenariat avec (RED). Dans le cadre de ce partenariat, chaque achat contribue au Fonds mondial pour le financement de programmes visant à lutter contre le sida.
L'iPhone 7 et 7 Plus (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition sont proposés avec des capacités de 128 Go et 256 Go à partir de respectivement 879 € et 1 019 €. Pour des capacités équivalentes, et alors que l'impasse est faite sur le modèle 32 Go, le prix ne varie donc pas par rapport aux finitions usuelles.
C'est la première fois qu'un iPhone entre dans l'offre de produits (PRODUCT)RED. Dans un communiqué, Deborah Dugan, CEO de (RED), écrit que Apple a reversé plus de 130 millions de dollars dans le cadre de son partenariat avec (RED).
Cette édition spéciale pour l'iPhone 7 pourra être commandée en ligne et dans les Apple Store à partir du vendredi 24 mars. Une commercialisation qui concerne le monde entier.
Dans un autre registre, mais également à partir du 24 mars, Apple introduit un iPhone SE avec des capacités de stockage de 32 Go et 128 Go, soit le double de précédemment mais pour des prix inchangés de 489 € et 549 €.
C'est accessoirement la fin du modèle 16 Go. Rappelons que l'iPhone SE reprend les principales caractéristiques techniques de l'iPhone 6s dans un enrobage iPhone 5s.

Les nouveaux appareils mobiles d'Apple, iPhone SE et iPad Pro 9,7 pouces, seront lancés avec iOS 9.3 mais la mise à jour est dès à présent disponible au téléchargement pour l'ensemble des appareils iOS.
La keynote du 21 mars a permis à Apple d'officialiser son nouvel iPhone SE et une tablette iPad Pro 9,7 pouces mais elle marque aussi la mise à disposition de la dernière mise à jour de sa plate-forme mobile avec le lancement d'iOS 9.3.
Il s'agit d'une assez grosse mise à jour pour l'OS mobile qui n'apporte pas seulement des correctifs et améliorations de performances mais qui propose aussi de nouvelles fonctionnalités. L'une des plus visibles est le mode Night Shift qui modifie la température des couleurs affichées à l'écran en fonction de l'heure et réduit la lumière bleue perturbante pour les rythmes circadiens après le coucher du soleil.
L'autre fonctionnalité mise en avant par Apple est la possibilité de protéger les notes par mot de passe ou biométrie TouchID, et de les trier selon plusieurs critères.
Du côté du carnet de bord de l'application Santé, des sélections d'applications tierces sont affichées en fonction de diverses catégories (poids, sommeil, exercices...) pour trouver l'application idéale selon ses besoins.
iOS 9.3 fait également évoluer le système CarPlay avec l'affichage sur la console de bord connectée d'informations liées à Apple Music ou à Plans pour afficher des nouveautés à écouter ou des points d'intérêt vers lesquels se diriger.
Enfin, iOS 9.3 renforce les possibilités d'utilisation en milieu scolaire, avec les fonctions de partage d'iPad entre élèves, une nouvelle application En Classe pour suivre les progrès des élèves et un portail unique pour gérer identifiants, achats d'applications, etc.
La mise à jour iOS 9.3 peut être téléchargée gratuitement sur iPhone, iPad et iPod Touch éligibles directement depuis les appareils en WiFi ou via un ordinateur par l'intermédiaire du logiciel iTunes.
