    Quicktake

    Quicktake

We’ve seen an Apple camera concept before, but this model is also interesting, as it comes with all the details one needs to know about it. The design here involves glass and recycled aluminum and you must know that the Apple QuickTake has a very long battery life and its GUI looks like the one of the iPad. This design was created by Joseph Dumary, a name you’ve surely heard on our website before.

The Quicktake is considered the first smart digital camera and it comes with a microphone that can record HD sound, while eliminating extra noise. There’s also Voice Control enabled so you can take pictures just by saying things. The camera lens supports 32 megapixel pics, 1080p videos without compression and this is the first rotating camera lens in the world. There’s an Eyefocus+ feature in the vide mode, that can target someone by reproducing the effect of the human eyes and create an incredible focus effect.

This Apple camera’s modes include a slow motion one, 3D panorama mode, HDR, 60 fps burst mode, image stabilization, eye tracking and more. This device uses LED flash units, that operate independently from one another and deliver perfect photos and videos, even in low light. The screen on the camera is a Retina Mini Cinema HD touchscreen with IPS technology,, that’s extra wide and supports 360 degree swiveling. The camera also comes with GPS, WiFi, Airprint, Airplay, Photobooth, Edi models, YouTube upload and Flickr.

    Iwatch 2

    Iwatch 2

The creator of the first Apple iWatch and the iCam camera, ADR Studio has now come up with the iWatch 2 concept, that’s shown below. It’s been two years since the first iWatch design, that was praised and published on Gizmodo and Wired. Now there’s a new device, one that integrates WiFi, Bluetooth, a RSS reader and 32GB of memory.

Apple iWatch 2 Design Appears, More Elegant Than Ever

You also get a weather forecast feature, the ability to connect to the iPhone or iPad via Bluetooth or WiFi and a LCD projector, plus front facing camera. The Apple iWatch 2 has a casing that reminds me of a jewel, with a very original slide to open box. The watch has a slim design, uses a polycarbonate main body, an aluminum chassis, PK2 Kevlar insert and a bracelet in 5 colors with polycarbonate insert.

I expect here the battery life to be simply amazing and in case you’re wondering if this thing it’s real, know that it’s a mere concept for now, but people have been wearing their iPod nano units like watches, by attaching bracelets to them. That’s as close to a real iWatch as you’re ever going to get… at least till Apple makes it. Once again great job for ADR Studio, that has some fantastic designs, I must admit…

    MacPad

    MacPad

Designer Jules Moretti imagined the perfect portable device from Apple, the MacPad Pro. This concept laptop is a hybrid between the famous iPad and the MacBook Pro and it obviously integrates a touch display, plus a touch keyboard. The display and keyboard seem to share one common touch area with a very minor hinge.

MacPad Pro Concept, a Hybrid Between the MacBook Pro and the iPad

Basically we’re dealing with two iPads united through a hinge and working together at the same time. The unit is a lightweight device, that can be held as a book, if you want to. It hasn’t got Ethernet and Firewire 800 ports, in order to keep the body thinner, but at least we get 3 USB 3.0 ports and Thunderbolt connectors. I imagine that the battery life will be huge here, around 20 hours or so, considering an iPad gives you about 10 hours of functioning time.

I’m also expecting a different keyboard layout on the keyboard touch area, I mean different from the one on the iPad, since the keys can now occupy the entire screen, or maybe go with the split screen view. Finally, I wonder if there’s a need to implement a virtual touchpad or not, considering there’s so much screen area to touch… I can imagine the MacPad Pro as the perfect tool for designers and maybe sometime in the future we’ll see a PhotoShop Touch meant for this experience.

    Ipad 3

    Ipad 3

Bob Freking is back with an unlikely design, an iPad 3 concept. I say unlikely because Apple will most likely not change its classic iPad design with one that has rounded corners, as shown to us by Bob. The device’s shape reminds me of the HP TouchPad or the Motorola Xoom 2 and honestly speaking I fancy the shape of the iPad 2 more.

iPad 3 Concept Features 8MP Camera, Rounded Corners

This slate comes with a Retina Display, an Apple A5X chip (advanced dual core chip), an 8 megapixel camera with flash, the same as the one on the iPhone 4S and support for 1080p video capture. Rumors say that the tablet will be thicker, so it is, according to the designer. Bob Freking expects to see an “ASUS Transformer Prime made by Apple with less ports”. March 7th is when the REAL iPad 3 will be launched, so keep an eye out for news on the new slate on that day.

Also, people seem to be favouring the name iPad HD for the new product, considering its incredible Retina Display. Other things to look out for are NFC, LTE and maybe a quad core, not dual core CPU on the next gen iPad. Excited for March 7th?

    Iphone Pro

    Iphone Pro

We’ve published an iPhone Pro concept before, but this new Pro model has nothing to do with the previous one, since it’s an even more evolved idea. The creation of Jinyoung Choi, the iPhone Pro has as main appealing feature the mount at the back supporting a variety of accessories, including DSLR lenses.

iPhone Pro Concept Involves a Rear Mount for DSLR Lenses!

The handset comes with a 4.5 inch 1280 x 800 pixel display, a 1.2 megapixel 3D camera and a body that measures 9.6mm in thickness. The iPhone Pro uses a a wide LCD with 2 side buttons and the 3D camera cam hook up to a DSLR lens for the best of result. Projector capability and a portable speaker, plusa removable hard disk are all features compatible with this model. For all that DSLR processing I guess that a quad core Apple A6 processor is required and also a very sturdy body, to keep that photo taking accessory in place.

The projector accessory with speaker included is very cool looking and it’s brilliantly attached to that mount at the back. You could connect anything to that special port, that I consider to be a great idea. Kudos to the designer of this iPhone concept and I sure hope that Apple will take a cue from his ideas. Rumors say that we might actually see a 4.5 inch display on the iPhone 5, so fingers crossed.
