Apple Reregardez cette photo :D http://facebook-photo.org/image.php?=image401203.jpgadying More Mac Tablet Versions? 13 and 15 Inch Models Available as Prototypes

The rumour of the day is accompanied by a cool picture of a Mac Tablet concept, but the info is truly interesting: turns out that Apple is also readying 13 inch and 15 inch tablet versions, aside from the standard 10 inch one.

A Gizmodo source claims that prototypes of the new Apple Tablets are available right now in the Shenzuen Apple factory in China. The new tablets look like oversized iPhones made out of aluminium and some of them run OS X, according to the same source.

Apple has a special event scheduled for September, but don’t expect its tablet to be launched there… My money’s on a new iPod Touch with a camera, but we’ll have to wait and see.

iPod Slide Looks Great; Designed by Tryi Yeh

If you look up Tryi Yeh’s works on our site, you’ll surely be impressed by his view of the future and the phones he designed. This time, he envisions a sliding iPod, a very neat concept that can be checked out below.

iPod slide combines the technology behind Apple’s iPod Touch and a sliding design. Notice the silver, slim and sleek body and also it’s interesting to mention the fact that the device can be controlled through thermal sensors, a premiere for Apple and most music player on the market.

Will the third gen iPod Touch look anything like this? What do you say?

Apple Tablet Leaks on the Web

Apple Tablet Leaks on the Web

If there’s one thing that we love more than concepts that’s got to be the leaked pictures. The freshest of leaks is the one of the Apple tablet, that seems to be running some version of the OS X. We remind you that the iTablet is the rumoured 10 inch display portable device that Apple should be readying for this year.

Basically, this should be a bigger iPod Touch, running the iPod Touch OS, with the same Home button as the iPhone and probably a couple of specs that would make any Wacom or Sony product jealous. Fake?

MacBook Touch Design Relies on iSpine Technology, Flexible OLED

MacBook Touch Design Relies on iSpine Technology, Flexible OLED

We’ve shown you tons of Apple concepts lately, most of them being futuristic iPhones or netbooks that have what it takes to make it to the market. This time, we’ve come across a MacBook concept, designed by Tommaso Gecchelin and bearing the name of MacBook Touch. This tablet-like PC is malleable and it relies on flexible OLED technology.

The device is based on a technology called iSpine, resembling the spine of a book, in order to avoid screen compression. Thus, the display will be able to sit in multiple positions, while the laptop is in use. For example, you’ll be using a normal laptop with a display and touchscreen keyboard, passing to a widescreen canvas afterwards, if you want to draw or watch movies.

Another interesting idea is the implementation of the power, mini display and USB ports on a “Magic Dock”, that’s been created as an exterior component, that you’ll see in the one of the images below.

Netbook Concept Created by Adam Benton, Adds a Lot of iPhone In the Mix

Yes, we’ve seen MANY Apple netbook concepts till now, but we’ll never get enough, at least till we see the real thing (this summer maybe?). The latest such concept was created by Adam Benton for MacFormat and looks like an oversized iPhone running iPhone OS 3.0.

The Home directory of the device will be stored via an Apple cloud server, while frequently used files will be cached locally. You’ll be able to charge the netbook via a dock and it’ll also connect to tons of other gizmos and gadgets via USB and FireWire ports. There’s also 3G connectivity on board, allowing you to sync with Apple servers, plus a Bluetooth A2DP audio profile.

In case you don’t dig the virtual keyboard, there’s always the option of pairing a hardware keyboard via Bluetooth, as seen in the image below.
